Cell C - Appalling customer service

Cell C has the worst customer service known to man. They put you on hold for over 55mins at a time and u can never speak to a manager because theres never one available and then ultimately cut the call on you. I just spoke to an agent in the insurance dept called Bongi who hung up on me while I was waiting to speak to a manager!!! Cell C is the worst mobile service provider. People would do well to go with Any other provider but Cell C!!!!
