What a horrible service i have received from Cell C,I purchased a 1000 minutes using their Cell C app and it gave me an error saying undefined, so i tried again and another undefined error only to realize its busy debiting my account when i got the SMS from the bank. i called their call center to try and get the transaction to be reversed and their call center and spoke to Nokuthula said i should call the bank to reverse the transaction for me but i did not use the banking app but used their
