Cell C apalling service.

I have had 2 contracts with Cell C. The contract period ended end of March 2020. Since then Cell C agents called me and my wife two to three tmes a day to try and upgrade the contracts. We then told them we didn't want to upgrade but we wanted to cancel the two contracts. They told us to go and cancel it at one of their branches. This morning I called the cancellation number 084143 and tried to cancel it. The agent answered after seven minutes, told me I was lucky he is a senior consultant. Again he tried to pursuade me to upgrade my cntracts. He tried 5 times after I told him 5 times I wanted to cancel the contracts. He just didn't want to listen to me. Cell C must be very desperate going dwn. After 13 minutes and 11 seconds he eventually cancelled the contracts for 6 September only. At least I now got rid of Cell C. Their service is really pathetic. Not even 1 out o 5.
