Cell C - Anyone work there anymore?

My mom agreed to an upgrade last Wednesday, which I assisted her with over the phone. She is elderly and asked that I receive the delivery of her device yesterday (Tuesday 22 June). I received retention contract etc. via email. Delivery was attempted on Friday 17th June as NOT arranged. No one was around to receive device and as such package is now AWOL! I have reached out via email, phone, Facebook messenger, since the weekend. I have had NO RESPONSE.

Cherry on the top - I get thru now to customer service, having called for the 3rd time. I am left waiting for about 5 minutes before ANN comes to the phone (I can hear her talking to colleagues in background). She chooses to tell me that due the the quality of the phone call she is choosing to terminate the call. WHAT???? This is a first. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the call.

I would appreciate SOMEONE capable of sorting this out to contact me urgently!
