Cell C another failed attempts at customer service and broken promises

once again terrible service from cell c, Upgraded to contract that has tablet with phone on Saturday 19/08/2023, phone Monday on 21/08/2023 and once again Cell C call centre agent confirmed it was in order and even said delivery should be today. Today I find out from another call centre agent there is no tablets and will just have to wait untill they receive, cannot even say how long it will take. how can it be confirmed twice and now it's a issue again, if I did not phone to find out about courier they would not even have notified me as it seems they don't care
