CELL C - Another day another rand short

I trust that you are well.

Yesterday someone called me from your office.... it took a week, but clearly that is what you call dazzling customer service.

The person on the phone had not read my query and so had no idea what I was upset about, this despite having listed dates and values in my query. Apparently all that information didnt help with the math required. The person also did not know what telephone number my query was on despite it being in the query and that it was the number they were calling me on.

She was emphatic that I must have used the data though. My question is how does she know if she doesnt know what the query is about.

I am not happy. I am sure a further external investigation is required and so I am reporting you and your usage algorithm because I think it is improper and unfair and that you are *****ing from your clients.

Quite clearly you think if you keep getting someone who has no idea what clients are upset about to call them, they will go away and you will not have to return the data you vanish from their accounts.

Its sad to see that you are part of stuff that is breaking the country.

Asking you to sort this out seems like a useless endeavor right now, but I want my data back.
