Cell C and worst customer service

Cell C has the absolute worst service delivery of all the cellular networks. Their company inefficiencies have lead to my line being locked and inconvenienced me deeply, when they have been the ones not debiting. Also when they debited in the past they would debit on dates not agreed on. How hard can it be to run a debit order on a given date. On top of that after noticing all that, they still do nothing to help fix the issue, but keep telling you that you need to call their call centre, whose inefficiency is the reason I'm having this problem as it is.
