Cell C and Vumatel are over charging us

I reviewed Cell C before and hoped they will solve my problem which never happened for anyone to contact me. Now we read online that Vumatel dropping the internet prices " https://mybroadband.co.za/news/fibre/402723-big-vumatel-price-cuts.html " which never happened to me as a Cell C customer my payment went from R599 which I signed for with Cell C for a duration of 2 years contract to a whopping R799 for same speed basically. I tried many times contacting their customer service center with no hope they closed my ticket CF 195517 without solving my problem or anyone contacting me back . One lucky neighbor managed to get the same speed we have for R639 which I don't understand why they never offered that to me and all my neighbours that complained. Just because I live in an area which they think rich people live in doesn't mean everyone is rich plus in these trying times we are all struggling to meet ends meet. Now I just want them to cancel my contract without charging me further.
