CELL C AND UPGRADES

I HAVE THREE CONTRACTS WITH CELL C. I HAD DEBIT ORDERS BUT CANCELLED IT WITH MY BANK AND CELL C DUE TO CASH PAYMENTS FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS. CELL C PHONES ME FOR AN UPGRADE ON 1 CONTRACT FOR A LTE ROOTER WHICH I ACCEPTED. NOW I CAN UPGRADE MY OTHER TWO CONTRACTS BUT I CANT BECAUSE CELL C SAYS THAT THE DEBIT ORDERS RETURN UNPAID AND THAT I MUST WAIT FOR THREE MONTHS. CONCLUSION: WHEN CELL C PHONES I CAN UPGRADE BUT WHEN I WANT TO UPGRADE I CANT. ALL THREE CONTRACTS WITH CELL C WAS DEBIT ORDERS. ALL MY ACCOUNTS ARE PAID IN FULL AND I DONT OWE CELL C ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT

I presume it is the same departments I have been contacting the last week? thank you I will wait their response. I hope not I get the same answer like the previous answers .... "THE SYSTEM SAYS ...."
