Cell c and their tricks

<p>This is the second time I'm complaining about cell c. I have two contracts with them and when of my contracts was due for an upgrade I called them in April to do the upgrade, I upgraded but my contract was changed to an open line contract without my knowledge and now they want me to pay this high Bill. Today I called and spoke to thabiso who wasn't able to help me with regards to changing the this open line contract into the one that will suit my needs because as he said the system won't allow him to. This is the second time I have a similar problem and I am not happy at all I don't want the contract anymore and its sad because I have cell c a chance the first time this happened and I've been a customer of theirs for years. This is unacceptable. </p>
