Cell C and their terrible service

I am experiencing very bad service from Cell C, I have been with Cell C for many years and recently I lost my cell phone, It has been 2 weeks now and their insurance has still not replaced my phone…when you call it takes literally 2mins before you get to a consultant who will take another 2 mins reading a script that you spent the last 2 mins listening to…Cell C has the worst customer service ever..they called me and took my address for them to deliver my phone now I am being told to go collect my phone in Edenvale which is more than 50km from where I stay. The consultants are very rude. I am actually disgusted with Cell C.
