Cell C and their shocking non existing customer service

I cannot get a paid up letter for Fibre that I had 2 years ago. Cell c cannot assist and I do not understand how they employ staff that are incapable of assisting. It takes weeks and it seems as if it is a deliberate measure to not have email addresses or direct contact lines to their accounts or legal department. Please do not do business with these people.
