Cell C and their Service what a joke

I am totally disgusted with Cell C service!!!!!! I recently signed on for Cell C fibre. There is no service. No one assists and doesn't know what is going on. My line has been sown for 5 days due to some line change over where Cell C say its Vumatels fault and when you phone Vumatel they say its Cell C fault for not changing over. When you try to get hold of someone in the maintenance department at cell c they take forever to answer or don't even phone back where the sales department not even a second and someone answers you. I want this sorted what happens to my lost revenue due to this. I will take this further!!!!!
