Cell C and their pathetic service

I’m afraid my experience with this giant cellular network is a terrible one once again. They deliberately stopped debiting my account for the final payment of my cellphone contract and guess what, not only did they hand my account over for collection, they marked my account as having a missed payment and effectively dropping my credit score as a result of their failure to collect a payment as usual. This is my second review, and I’ve never heard anything from them. Pathetic service. I’m really disappointed. I’ll be talking to the NCR about this.
