Cell C and their lies

I have never had such bad service from any of providers. I had my number for a while now and it was used on a daily basis, i got Dropped so many off the call I am frustrated at this point. Ive asked numerous consultants as to where in the Ts and Cs it states that back-office has authority to permanently deactivate my cell number without my consent. I will be awaiting a response as this is the only platform that gets something done.
