Cell c and their disgusting service

I bought data for a contract no, my money was deducted in my account but there was no data on my phone so i decided to send someone to the network shop to enquire for me and they told him they can not help but i have proof that i received an SMS stating my data account was topped up but the data is not there and you can't log into anything either, I called my bank and they say they can't help too, I'm not speaking of just R100 worth of data I'm speaking of R600, I bought ama 3 gigs x 2 from cell c what a **** network how are you not able to help me????
