Cell c **** and their Contacts of Dooooom

Cell c is very bad company. I once contract with them from 2002 till now. later last year 2022 somewhere October one of my contract ended and Cell c customer service call me to offer me Data contact. We agreed for 100+100 gig plus 5+5gig means two Sim R465 pay as u use.it was on mid month October . I used this two Sim till Month end. They send me a bill that'said I must pay R1800. when we agreed on this contract they said I will pay Prorate only next month.Then I will start paying a normal bill of R465 every month end. I called cell c to asked why R1800 while we agreed on R465 for both Data Sim. they said they will check and rectify. But cell c did not check and rectify anything but they continued by keeping on telling me lies saying they will call me their head department will sort it. till today nothing happened. Later 2023 I started receiving sms from their Attorney names CCS demanding R17000. I called them to find out they said I canceled the Contracts that is how they charge when Their contracts are canceled before they ended. One thing for sure I have never canceled any of those contracts they stopped them because I was having a despude to their billing. Guys I even informed my attorneys we tried to talk to them but they keeps on with their lies saying they will check and contact us. But Nothing from them. Cell c it's a ****
