Cell C ***** and theft

Cell C has allowed someone to upgrade my phone, they have delivered my phone to someone in Phoenix. I have been given the run around for months. I have made many phone calls, sent emails and even been to Cell C Pavillion and spoke to Thmi. I emailed all information to him and all I get from him when I follow up, is I am not at work or he ignores my emails. Not sure why I expected anything better as the entire time I was in the store, he hardly looked at me and spent the entire time watching a soccer match on his cell phone. Before this Angel at the cell C call centre told me the contract was cancelled and even sent me an sms to say it was cancelled. I then spoke to Holin at Upgrade queries who said it was not cancelled and I could not cancel it. She told me to email ******** which I have done at least 5 times now and have had no response. Also some of the email addresses that the call centre gives you do not exist. Now Cell C is taking rediculous amounts of money off my account even though I have a limit set with them they are taking a lot more money. I cannot return it as then they will shut down my phone. Cell C is now *****ing from me and thats the only way I can see it.
