Cell C and the Samsung Tab S4 tablet.

I am a long time contract customer of Cell C, having 2 contracts with them. One is used as a phone contract for my daily voice and related requirements and the other is used as a data plan with a tablet. Having upgraded my "phone" contract to the Samsung Note 9 I have been waiting for the release of the Samsung Tab S4 to renew my other data contract.

So far every single query I have directed at Cell C have been met with non interest in supplying me with a the Tab S4, instead wanting to offer me inferior product which I do not want. When asking if Cell C is actually going to supply the new Tab S4 I could not get any firm answers from anyone. I have tried the dealers / franchises, never got any responses back even though my contact details was taken down. On their Facebook page only received very bland non-committal answers with no real content.

So my question is whether Cell C is changing their business plan and think so little of their clients to not giving them a straight answer? Do they want me to change my contract to Vodacom? What gives.....some real honest answers will be great.
