Cell C and someone did ********** transaction with my ID details and give someone a phone reason why and say cellc was part how could they give someone contract without making making sure he or she is the right person this is so wrong

I am the one who must be after cellc to clear my name no update or what so ever from cellc yet I was told this matter will take up to 3 days to be resolve it had been more than a month now and my name is affected by this matter at ITC for a phone i didn't take and money was deducted from my account for 3 moths how could someone apply for a phone online and be giving without even verifying the original details cellc sucks big time
