Cell C and Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates will ruin your life!!

I settled my account May/June 2023 after it was handed over to SSD collectors and both companies have since refused to give an account close up letter which has now affected my credit score negatively as it appears as an unpaid debit order every month on my profile.

I was not even told that at the end of a contract I would have to pay a cancelation fee!!!
