Cell C *********** and rude

I am putting this review on your website hence Cell C consultants are rude and arrogant, I changed my banking details in October however they are still debiting from my old account, every time that debit bounces I get charged an R7 , If a Cell C consultant is doing their JOB they would escalate this matter further instead of telling me that there is nothing they can do, Just as they have a job I Have 1 to and I always assist my clients to the best of my ability, They are telling me to go to a capitec branch and they need to see why my debichecks are not being debited why the hell do you send me a mandate to approve a debicheck, if that debicheck does not get debited

Cell C has been my worst nightmare and I don't think that I ever want to do business with them, i am happy that my contracts are coming to an end and I will no longer be dealing with such *********** people, cause to me if something is not working you escalate to the next person in order for them to investigate
