Cell C and Ram Courier JOKE!!!

App**** online for a Cell C contract 02/10/2018. Approved same day and was told to wait for a phone call from delivery company which never came. 3 days later, I'm still waiting. After numerous calls to Cell C to tray and get an explanation they eventually gave me a tracking number only for Ram to tell me they don't have my contact or delivery details. They told me to wait tell Monday as there is nothing they can do about it. I don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse operation they have going on over there?

I'm just about ready to cancel this contract if this is how it this starts!!!
