Cell C and Nimble group are ******
Last week I sent out a query that I don't owe cell C any money as I have paid up my contract. On Friday I spoke to a consultant from cell C by the name of philisiwe. She mentioned that my account was in arrears, she will communicate with nimble group to remove my name from their listing. Today I still receive SMS from nimble regarding the same account I paid off. The account was paid off in December 2023 before paying off the account I requested that the cancel the debit order mandate as I would pay in cash. I requested a paid up letter but never received any. Today I'm receiving SMS that my account has been handed over to nimble group. There was no form of communication from Cell C that I owe them even after paying off the account.
