Cell C I just called in again and agent as no clue what she talking about and drops my call. Pls tell me how can I get assistance??????

So ****en rude and unprofessional agents..... NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE

Kindly note that I have tried calling the customer but number does not go through

Customer was in arrears with R930.00 for the payment that we did not receive in December 2020 and February 2021 plus a penalty fee
Kindly note that customer has been listed as a debit order payer so he is liable for  a default fee

This is bull****, I get different stories all the the time. Nobody has called and my payment method has been changed to cash 4 years ago. I make my monthly payments, I received statements from cell C telling me otherwise. I am not liable for anything if u idiots didn't do ur job properly. Why is my line still active?????

CELL C STOP TRYING TO ****** MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. SUCH A BUNCH OF *********** PEOPLE CELL C HAS. PLEASE GET THAT AGENT WHO RESPONDED TO CALL ME BACK URGENTLY. YOU GUYS ARE HIDING BEHIND TECHNOLOGY AND BLAMING CUSTOMERS. I HAVE STATEMENTS FROM THOSE MONTHS MENTIONED SHOWING MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE

Absolutely bull**** cell C!!! your agent calls from a very distorted line, I couldn't hear her properly or talk with her then the call very conveniently drops and u call that a follow up call?????
That distortion was an intentional decoy to not assist me... ***?????
