CELL C AND MBD CREDITORS

Poor pathetic service from accounts department on assisting with a settlement letter. Where handed over to MBD CREDITORS for ouststanding payments but has a credit on the system and MBD threathens to black list me although account is fully paid and has a credit. No response from anyone in the accounts department of CELL C.

Hopefully this matter will be deemed as high priority as it is already 3 months ongoing without a single reply from the accounts department. You have to seriously adress MBD CREDITORS for their rude and totally unprofessional service. It brings your company to shame. Also ensure the credit on your system to be immediately payable into Eleanora Johnsons account with ID no ***.

Pathetic pathetic pathetic is what I would want to place on record. Review after review and still CELL C and MBD Creditors continue doing what they do best and ignore the issue at hand. Still MBD Creditors calls of threaths and CELL C's empty promises now 2 weeks old on hellopeter platform and more than 8 months as per records.

Thank you. The probelm is that MBD Creditors icalled yesterday, same request that we must pay up or steps will be taken. Please rectify this as it is highly unacceptable
