CELL C AND MBD

Cell C still harrassing me to pay money which I DO NOT OWE THEM. I wrote several reviews on Hello Pete, they still did not solve the problem. They handed me over to MBD, who also harrassed me. I wrote reviews on them as well. They promised to investigate and come back to me. Have not heard any thing yet. How do U stop this. Please help.
