Cell C and Mall @ Carnival Branch in general - pathetic
Worst service provider. And to top it off, try to cancel your contract that is expiring. Endless tug o war. I'd not even give it 1 star. And their shop in mall @ carnival is probably the most pathetic store ever. Hate going there and the staff is completely ***********.
