Cell C and its bad bad bad customer service and poor trained staff and no accurate information

Cell C is the worst network provider, it has poor customer service, the staff is ghetto, they speak to you as if they are in a Tarven. From the first day I got the contract I have been abused by the attitude of this company, I lodged a complaint about that, they called me once and that was it, the staff never know or there are never notes on their system of the last conversation, right now I got a surprise with a debit order, whereby I asked if I will be debited in October to settle my amount on the contract as I had paid the amount they said I should pay to settle it as I couldnt wait to finish it I could not wait for next year April yuuuuuuuu I would get a heartattack now, I want to even port because I'm even afraid of encountering a problem and then having to call them and be in a Tarven,
