Cell C and ******* Debits - are its Directors *********, or just plain ***********

I had an account with Greencom Fibre, which Cell C bought over. I never opened an account in my personal capacity, but in the name of my business. I paid Greencom via Eft each month, and never permitted nor signed a debit order mandate. Since Cell C Fibre took over, they have been debiting my personal bank account for the contract amount. I have cancelled this contract, and have paid all the fees associated with the contract up until cancellation, via EFT. The contact person at Cell C tells me that I am in credit, and that they owe me money' However, every month since February they have continued to debit my account, and when I have reversed it at the Bank, they immediately re-debit my account using a NAEDO debit, and with different amounts to get around the block I have instructed my bank to place. This is ********, and clearly *******. In addition, they have used my bank account details from at least 12 years ago to create a current Cell C account. I never gave my personal bank account details to Greencom, but Cell C is using this to debit me. No I speak to at Cell C can resolve this - I think maybe I need to lay a charge of ***** and alternatively theft against the CEO Mr Jose Dos Santos, as well as the exiting CFO Mr. Tyrone Soondarjee, and the Head at Cell C Fibre who did not have the ***** to respond to my e-mails, Mr Dederick Venter. Can anyone offer me any advice on how to go about this? Maybe there is a lawyer out there who is prepared to take up the opportunity to make a class action suite against this company and the rest of the industry for using NAEDO's *******ly - there must be thousands of people out there who are being *******ly debited via the NAEDO debit system. Maybe Mr. Richard ****r who did a great job for the miners?
