Cell c and icasa get your facts straight
My name is Shoneez Neetling I have had one bad experience after another I have escalated my complaint to icasa as well as the ncc. Yesterday I got a call from a lady from icasa stating that after two years of billing me whilst being unemployed and sending me top ups she can finally put my account on prepaid on a month to month basis … so that no additional money can be incurred on account going forward … so I asked why not do this two years ago cos now I’m liable to pay 17k after reporting my situation…. This is bad customer service . If my account is from feb2021 and I call in march 2021 to state i am no longer working should u as a company not cancel the contract not 2years later

26 Apr 2023, 15:22Yes obviously the account would be in arrears after notifying cell c I’m not working I get billed for the 2 years thereafter . Why didn’t you guys opt to cancel it then and make it prepaid like the offer of yesterday (two years later)

As your calls are recorded so is mine I advise you guys listen to them before getting someone different to call me and give me wrong information. Nobody is giving me the correct answers to my questions it’s like a multi choice answer I get responses to

28 Apr 2023, 17:04On the 25th April a sms was sent through with a link saying cancellation document once I opened it stating cancellation of device insurance policy … can someone please explain to me what this means is the account cancelled or the device?
