CELL C AND HUAWEI Contract ****
Cell C sold me a contract phone which is the Huawei Nova Y61 and its now a year and most of the google applications on the device has stopped working, the phone is in excellent condition and now the phone has basically become unusable and i am still required to pay a contract, applications like gmail, android car play, telegram and more is not working because the EMUI software is not compatible with it, i called and was informed that they are unable to assist as it is a Huawei problem, i did more research and found that a few on my ****orkers are even having the same problems with these phones, I called cash crusaders to see if i can sell the phone to buy a replacement phone that can work with applications like gmail, WhatsApp etc and was informed that they no longer buy Huawei phones as the applications does not work, which means this is a common known problem, why is cell c issuing contracts full knowing the phones wont work long term as per when you take a contract its not to use it for a year its to use it for longer than that. Cell C does not care about the contract holders as they just sent you up and down and expect you now to pay for a new device whilst you are still paying a contract which has become unable to be used as the phone has become a ornament. what can i do and where do i report this as cell c wont replace the device with a normal android device.

there is a lot more that is related to other applications and when it installs it just opens and closes immediately, there is no fix, so my question is why am i paying a contract phone that is supposed to work, about a year old and i cannot use the phone to what is expected. Why cant CELL C offer me a replacement device as the phone is not repairable, this is not fair on me as you sold me an item that is supposed to continue working as expected in your sales pitch when the contract was taken out,
The phone is not compatible with the applications which is the applications most commonly used.
