Cell C and Hellopeter are tops!!

About 8 weeks ago I posted a scathing review concerning Cell C customer service. Shortly after that I was contacted by a Cell C consultant, Nonthanthla Hadebe, who promised to look into the matter, which she did , and to my surprise my account now shows that Cell C aim to credit my account resolving our dispute. I still await the funds to deposited, but am confident they will keep their promises. Without the forum that Hellopeter provides I am sure this would not have been possible as I had reached a dead end with their customer service line. Thanks to Hellopeter disputes can be amicably resolved and I now have a newfound respect for Cell C customer care!
