Cell C and Glocell
My Glocell account is now with Cell C. In AUG I noticed my account was suspended so I called Cell C and questioned this as I had a credit on my Glocell account from a competition I won that my bill was running off. Now they have no record of this. My query was handeled by Karabo Rammeka, this was 29 AUG - No feedback whatsover and when ever I call In an agent says they will look into it and get back to me. Now, Today I was called by lawyers saying my account has been handed over, HOW CAN THEY HAND MY ACCOUNT OVER when it is pending investigation???? Now my ITC is reflecting that I am handed over when these *********** people cannot get back to me regarding the fact that I am in credit so I should not be paying!! I want answers!! Cell C and Glocell have just been catching on nonsense and I want answers!!!!!! Someone better clear my name or I am taking legal action!!!

18 Oct 2018, 14:35That call was a complete waste of my time, So Moses( who was no help and very rude) advised me my credit was done before I was handed over to cell c which I know is impossible and think that is why Glocell did not send me any communication saying there is no credit left, cell c has no history only a handover invoice. They cannot send me a full statement of my account as they dont have it and Glocell is closed down. so where do I go from here because I know for a fact my credit would have latest the full contract term. Worst of all I have been handed over yet never not once even received a statement for this account. The least they could've done was send an sms since this matter was still being investigated. This is not the 1st time that i've said it, Cell C has the worst customer service.
