Cell c and Getmore ******
<p>I am extremely frustrated by cell c.<br />I do not have a fixed income anymore hence I pay via eft. Everytime they charge me penalties for a debit order I cancelled months ago before going on maternity leave.<br />Even get more I cancelled 24 may but I am still being charged for it today.<br />Where am I supposed to get money to pay getmore that I cancelled and debit order penalties when I pay my bill and insurance every month by eft when I get uif money</p>

Had calls and emails from Danielle who really looked into my queries. I was impressed by her knowledge and how quickly she was able to resolve my queries not only with cell c but with getmore as well. I am also a more informed customer about cell c processes. Danielle not only helped but she listened and offered solutions and this is very impressive. Thanks for restoring my faith as a customer.
