Cell C and false advertising.

Last month I received an sms saying that a R30 recharge would entitle me to a 500 mb bonus. I recharged and received my bonus.

This month I received an sms saying that as it was a new month, the bonus would be repeated on recharging with another R30. I recharged, but - no bonus. I then went to the Workshop outlet in Durban, to query this. I went as far as again recharging with another R30, then was told I would have to go and look for change as there was none on the premises (and this is a business???) No bonus, even with the 2nd recharge. NOBODY on their staff knew what the problem was - I was told that I had to change my plan, which I did to no avail.

The service I received was nothing short of shocking. I will NOT be using Cell C any more - I think they are a bunch of con artists with their false advertising.

Pathetic.
