CELL C AND DEBT REVIEW
Good day i have a contract with CELL C for the past 6 years and have been under debt review for the pass 4 years. This month im due for a upgarde and now cellc tell me i don't have any score and i should contact my debt review company...Since when has this taken place. Im disappointed with the service im receiving from CELLC

04 Feb 2021, 13:40Why should i contact the credit bureau whereby im under debt review .im not the first customer complaining about the upgrade issue being under debt review. What was the sudden change from CELL C.... I have always upgraded my contract before being under debt review...

04 Feb 2021, 14:39 I have been a customer with Cell C for 6 years, I have been under debt review for 4 years and my cellphone contracts is not a part of it. I have never missed a payment in ten years and have been upgrading my two contracts without issues for the last 4 years. This week when my upgrade is due, I am told I cannot upgrade due to my debt review status. Since when is this an issue, as for the last four years it was not an issue.
