Cell c and CSS credit solutions

I'm really disappointed with the service I'm getting from cell c. I paid up my account with their lawyers CSS credit solutions in July. I was sent a pay up letter and was advised to take it to a cell c branch. When I went to the branch I was took that CSS must be the one to clear my ITC. Till today I am being sent from pillar to post and I'm still receiving SMSes that I need to make a payment. Can someone please assist it's been months now.
