Cell C and Cell C Fibre really do not know who is the worse - take 3

It is another month and Cell C has not allocated a payment that was agreed to be the final payment. As per all my other reviews. Is anybody actually working at this place????? I have to pay for my mobile contracts but have no service - it has been three months and this because of CellC Fibre. PLEASE CAN WE RESOLVE THIS I am out of ideas nothing works with you???????????
