Cell c and capitec.

I cancelled m contract in July 2020 and they kept on taking money from my account. I told them about three times to stop, but they would just continue taking money from my account to pay for an account I kept on telling them is cancelled. Each time they said they would stop taking money. I didn't use the card while I thought it was successfully cancelled but still paid. They never reimbursed me for the money they *******ly took. Capitec told me I could stop or reverse the debit order but it would cost me and that it is not guaranteed when you put stop a debit order that it will definitely stop, even if you put a stop to it. Woooow. So with the last debit order they took, it was R53, for what I would not know. That was devoted in Novemer 2020. The previous debit order I reversed it even if it charges me, I am quiet sick and tired of the principle of being debited.
