Cell C and C surence ******

So Cell C and C surence have decided to not assist, instead looking for problems, that would not make them pay for the cellphone claims. so out of 3 only one of my phones will be replaced. Now Im told by the customer manager of C surence Noluthando that my other phone a Samsung J1 would not be fixed,because they dont have any records of the phone being insured despite me submitting my bank statement showing that the money was deducted every month for all 3 cellphones. I was than told to look for the IMEI number of the previous phone and im talking about a phone that is over 3 years. Neither the less i found the IMEI number and my previous claim form,but now when you call their call center,the number just reverts to busy and is not available. Cell c and C surence are ****** of high note. Anybody who would like to take up insurance for their cellphones,better do it with another service provider and if you do have one with them,cancel it as soon as possible. The headaches and run around are not worth it.
