Cell C and C Surance is a disaster
C surance has been the absolute worst organization I have experienced. I have been trying to cancel my device insurance since July 2019 and to this day, 19 December 2019 I am still being billed. I have sent them all requested documents but they never help. I just want it cancelled and my money refunded for months I shouldn’t have been billed
