Cell C and C Fiber are the worst service providers

Again i am appalled by the service from Cell C. still no feedback regarding *** or case number ********** ********** 84 from 1 feb 2019 WORST SERVICE i have ever received from a service provider. Every time i ask to speak to a department head to sort this issue out nothing happens and i never get put through to anyone with the knowledge, Sipho Mollo (apparent manger - is never there, i keep getting told he is not there) Jessica Chezzy and Thabo Makwena are apparent department heads/ managers that i can never get hold of. i have spoken to Tumish, Veronica, Mzungu, Kamotso and numerous others that have no ability or authority to sort this issue out.

Now Cell C claims my account is in arrears by R4400 because you never cancelled contracts that were requested cancelled. (C Fiber also apparently does not have a department head) Seems the only action left for me to take is of legal nature as you refuse to accept that Cell C made a mistake. Even after providing you with my contact number you claim to not be able able to get hold of me because you call on 2 numbers i haven't had in years and that i did not even supply you with.

3 times today (12-3-2019) i have called to sort this out and i get put through to your voice machine to rate the service before i even get to talk to a person regarding my this ongoing issue with Cell C and C fiber. Cell C's negligence is costing me a fortune in loss of revenue as i have already spent so much time trying to get this issue sorted out.

This is last chance i am giving Cell C and C fiber before i pursue legal action and put this into public domain.
