Cell C and Blake and associates
I was on maternity leave and I informed Cell C but to my surprise when I went back to work my account was already handed over to Blake and associates, I then communicated with them and I paid and settled the account. I requested the settlement letter to this day I haven't received it and this is affecting my credit score because it still says I owe Cell C whereas I setlled the account this is very frustrating for real

05 May 2022, 11:15Where do the R250 come from because I did pay the whole amount? This is really unfair to me as your client why didn't you communicate this with me? Now I'm only finding out now, I will pay the R250 by monthend and please issue the letter I do not want to come and ask for it.
