Firstly we apologies for the inconvenience caused in regards to your complaint.
I have received confirmation from the accounts department that your account is in arrears for Month December 2018
In the month of November 2018 we did not receive a payment from you via EFT or Debit order for the November 2018 subscription.
Cell C was able to debit the amount due for November 2018 subscription in December 2018.

Mpho This the information I got from Mpho's now when I call cancellation department they say I can't cancel whilst I'm still in areas of R115,PLEASE tell me how long should I suffer

Your account can not be cancelled if it is in arrears, you have to settle the amount due then it will be cancelled accordingly. The account code 218****82 is in arrears of R 116.24.
