Cell C - always see for themselves - Pathetic!

I am a customer of Cell C. I have had a contract with them for something more than 11 years. This obviously means nothing to a company which promises so much and when it comes to service they fail dismally! I have had so many encounters with useless unhelpful people but Racheal tops the lot. It seems doing a simple sim swop (something you pay for) is them doing you a favour! She after waiting 2 and half days and 3 calls to customer services later - having to answer the same questions over and over she bangs down the phone on me and tells me to go to a store because I am being rude to her! Clearly answering a question with \I don't actually know"is not allowed! Further instead of apologising for their usual delay and \""uselessness\"" she tells me let's just get on with it. What happend to customer comes first and companies who genuinly put people first. They make your life difficult whilst being rude and then make clear they could not actually care. Yes I told her I would report her. Her answer - please do.<br> After so many years one would expect some help and understanding let alone competancy. After all we pay! You aren't doing us a favour! I have a good mind of cancelling my contract."""
