CELL C-ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK & POOR SERVICE!!!!

Cell C never seems to never have any stock of the phones they market. This is my second OUT OF STOCK problem with my Contract renewal and clearly they HAVE NOT TRAINED their salesmen's well enough on EFFICIENT customer service. 28/06/2015,went to renew my cell c contract for a SONY AQUA M4-NO STOCK!<br> Andrew took my details & stated he will call me once the stock is in. Andrew calls a week later on 05/07/2015 he has stock, I was in DBN and could not make it ,notified him I can only come in tomorrow 06/07/2015 he said THAT IS FINE.<br> I go to cell c on Sunday 07/07/2015 and I am told there is no stock!!! UNACCEPTABLE , Andrew did not even call and notify me neither did he keep my phone aside as I was told ,this is something they usually do but on Sunday a rule was implemented that they are no longer allowed to do so, however HE HAD THE PHONE FOR ME BEFORE THIS RULE and failed to keep it. I was INCONVENIENCED!!!<br> I wanted to cancel my contract as MTN has stock then Vernon assisted me and said he will order the phone and apologised .He took my details and said on Tuesday it will be here, he failed to call me, I HAD TO CALL & QUERY THIS,STILL NO STOCK,I CALLED IN TODAY-NO PROPER FEEDBACK
