Cell C always Out of Stock

I posted a review earlier in Feb, since nothing has been done besides the same excuse, device currently out of stock. I app**** for an upgrade on the 8 Feb, was advised that it would take 3-5 working days for order to arrive. To date Cell C is still out of stock yet still advertising this deal to consumers while others have still not received their orders. Please advise when stock will arrive or if I should place my order with another service provider
