Cell C always offline go to Vodacom

Bought router today at Keywest Mall Krugersdorp . Went home with it. Tried to put in Key code System offline for hours! In contact with Joseph at your branch to ask for number of new SIM for router so I could load data - Joseph advises Cell C OFFLINE still for hours !! I bought router in morning and still could not load data TODAY! So sorry I went to Cell C rather than Vodacom. By the way, I found Joseph to be helpful but the 2 ladies at that branch did not look up when to offer service I entered and just chatted to each other until Joseph came back into shop. When I came back later to look for Joseph who was not there at the time I spoke to one of the ladies as to Joseph whereabouts she played on her cellphone and never took her eyes of it all the time she explained that Joseph had gone out. I have found customer service at Cell C branches S appalling!. No wonder your branches are closing down. I was told today that Craddlestone Mall branch closed down 3 months ago. NO WONDER. Your staff service is appalling. Am so sorry I bought a router from Cell C today !!!
