Cell C allows SMSnet to deduct bill my account

<br> I am beyond irate right now.<br> <br> I've just discovered 10-09-15 that Cell C has been allowing an external company SMSnet to bill my account.<br> I'm such a fool for not checking my statements but it's only because I am unable to open the documents sent to me via email. Even on the statement it appears as if it is a normal charge charged by Cell C. As per the call centre agent I spoke to, she advised that they have no info regarding this company and unable to communicate with them directly, however, she has cancelled the subscription. Cell C just receives an instruction to bill they have no relation to this company. I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THIS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS ABOUT EITHER! As per their records I have been subscribed since 2013! Charging me R3.00 per day (I sold the phone in question in 2013. I'm appalled that Cell C will allow a 3rd party to just deduct money or bill on my account. Howcome there's no billing authentication required. I requested proof from SMSnet that I subscribed and all that I received was a history and charge log sheet - THIS MEANS NOTHING! I will be taking legal action, I doubt highly that the NCA will tolerate this. Cell C this is shocking! Refund!
